Q. When will pins be issued instantly
A. For most customers,  pins will be issued instantly via email to the address on their on-line order.

Q. Are the circumstances when pins might not be issued instantly?
A. Yes there may be. For example: Occasionally our system may require us verify or clarify order information or customer details, which may include telephone call from our company. Once a customer has been verified then subsequent orders will normally be instant. 

Q. If I'm placing my first order what can I do to either make it instant or get my pin quickly?
A. If you have landline telephone number then please use this with your order. Customer orders with legitimate corporate emails will also receive a high security ranking than those with portable email accounts.
