This will register PIN 1234512345 to the mobile phone of the sender of the message and call them back. 
If the mobile phone is registered to another card it will move the registration to the card specified. 
If the card is registered to another mobile phone the registration will move to the new mobile phone.

Sending a blank message (no text at all)  will call back a previously registered mobile phone (from the process above) and ask for the destination number.

Note: There is only 1 space the phone numbers. Do not add spaces into the numbers, as this may result in calling a number you do not wish to call.
