What is or are 1st4Points?

1st4Points are a new incentive and loyalty program brought to you by 1st4phonecards.com

Here is a short description of how they work

For every £ (GBP) you spend with us you will receive 1 1st4Point. So, for example if you purchase a £20 card you will receive 20 points. If you spend $20, equivalent to just  over £14 you will receive 14 1st4Points. Your 1st4Points will accumulate for every purchase you make with us.

Understand? OK, so what can you do with them.

During any purchase from our web site you are able to 'redeem' those points against that purchase!

Example if you have 200 1st4Points then next time make a purchase you may redeem them against your purchase from our web site. In this case your order would be reduced by £4 !

How much can they be redeemed for ?

You will start by entering our '1st4Points-bronze' program.

For every 50 1st4Points you may redeem £1 against your phone card / calling card purchase. 

General Questions

Do 1st4Points Expire ?
The vast majority of our customers order every few weeks, at which point they can redeem '1st4Points' against their purchase. 1st4Points do, however, expire after 180 days.

Do I have to signup for membership and does it cost anything ?
No. You will automatically be added to our program after your first purchase. Membership is FREE.
You will start gaining points from your subsequent order.

Do I get talk points if I place my order by phone ?
No. You will only be allocated 1st4Points for Internet orders.

Do I need to have set-up an account ?
Yes, if you haven't already. You can set-up an account for free on our on-line store.

Are there any exceptions to points with this program?
Yes. Agents may have a different program, specifically for their business. Agents '1st4Points' are generally valid for 30 days

What happens if I place an order, redeeming my points, which subsequently does not get processed due to declined credit card etc Do I lose my points ?
Sometimes, credit cards are frequently declined, not because of there being no credit available but just because the credit card company are trying to prevent fraudulent transactions and may wish to confirm orders with the credit card holder on a random basis, thus place a temporary hold on their card. If you have used points on an order which is subsequently not processed then do let us know this and we will recharge your account. When corresponding please give the order number that was not processed with a brief description of the problem. Please email sales@1st4phonecards.com

If my computer were to crash at the checkout after redeeming my points would I lose them?
Yes, although this occurrence is very rare. If you are accumulating points then we recommend that you redeem them frequently.
